Frequently asked questions
When can I expect my order?
I ship on Friday morning. Generally, unless your order is massive, orders placed before Monday at 9pm will make it out on that Friday. Orders placed later may not make it out until the next Friday (a week later). This allows me to have enough time to fully process your order without rushing, as rushing can lead to mistakes, and we'd all rather avoid those! If you are looking for a quicker turnaround, you can message me and we can discuss options.
Please keep in mind:
*Orders are generally printed after you order
*I am a one-woman shop. Things like personal/family illness can slow things down, as I don't have other employees to pick up the slack.
*Once the package leaves my hands, the speed is dependent on the delivery service
I received my order and the color isn't what I expected!
Unfortunately, all screens render colors differently. I have done my best to process my images so that, on my screen, they appear to be as close as possible to what my eyes see, but your screen may show the colors differently. Where possible, I try to include sample images that show my stickers next to other commercially sold stickers, which may help you to better see how the shades compare.
